Peer-to-peer collaboration validates the learning experience

 

Teamwork and collaboration play a critical role in on-the-job performance, and in the learning experience.   While Instructor expertise is helpful in introducing new subject matter, peer input validates the learning experience. 

 

Peer insight and collaboration are integral parts of our instructor-led formats and are especially helpful within the HR sphere.  The collaborative aspect aids learners in resolving miscommunications and misconceptions among themselves within the safety and scope of a supervised environment.
